This study examines the current status and policy demand of youth, middle - aged and elderly in single household in Incheon city. Incheon city's single household is expected to grow from 23.3% in 2015 to 34.7% in 2045. Specifically, the growth rate in the administrative districts of the 8th district is higher than that of the 1 district, but the increase rate of density is higher in the new downtown area. The demographic composition was found to be more frequent in males aged 20 to 59 years and in females aged 60 and older. Based on the data from the 1st to 11th years of the Korean Welfare Panel data, the Incheon city's single household has been located in the welfare blind spot for all generations in income, employment, health, and life satisfaction. In addition, the demand for policy and its differentiation according to the demographic characteristics of one household were also analyzed. Therefore, from a comprehensive point of view, the implications and policy issues for meeting the policy demand of one city are suggested.
